Bathrooms: 3 Experience paradise in this beautiful home tucked away beside the dune. New to our program, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is perfect for large groups or families. Inside, the cozy living space offers comfort and entertainment, equipped with large screen HDTV and DVD player. The well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area open to the living area for family meals and gatherings. Kitchen furnished with major appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all dishes, silverware and cookware.
A new downstairs bedroom is furnished with a Queen sized bed and opens directly to the screened back porch. The second downstairs bedroom has a Queen sized sleeper sofa. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms. Upstairs, find the large suite with King sized bed, Queen sized bed, and pull out sleeper, private bath and access to the upstairs balcony with view of the beach and the pier. The beautiful second upstairs bedroom is furnised with a Queen sized bed and a set of bunk-beds. This also has a private bath. Other extras include cable TVs in most bedrooms, high-speed internet, and lots of parking for the family boat or RV.
There is a view over the dune from the second floor balcony. The Gulf waters area accessible by walking over the dune. There is no boardwalk or path across the natural sands of the dune line. Other access avaialble from a walk or quick bike or car ride to public beach parking lot just around the corner, or to the boardwalk at the Isle Dauphine Golf Course at the end of the block.
This house offers ample sleeping space for up to 14 people. Bring along the family dog for a fee. (Breed restrictions may apply).
